I recently graduated from college and am working Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and was wondering if I can still?

Why on earth wouldn't it be legal? Are they going to ask for your student ID when you get to the party? Whether or not you'd be welcome is questionable, but most people don't care by the time the party is in full swing.
