Will stopping the pill bring back my cramps and acne?

I've been on the pill for a little over a year now. I'm not ually active but my periods were terrible and I had bad acne, the pill has helped me a lot. I've been using yasmin the whole time, except i just started ortho- novum 1/35 because it's more affordable. I'm just paranoid for my health in general...like blood clots and sometimes i feel little pricks on my chest. If I go off it, will I be back to how I was before? The cramps were unbearable, periods irregular and heavy, and pimples that would not go away no matter what i tried. Thanks!
