Convictions...can I rejoin the Army as an officer?

I am formerly enlisted in the Marines and was honorably discharged in 2005. I immediately enrolled in college and graduated with a B.S. degree this year (May 2011). Between that time I sustained some legal convictions (1 ault w/ weapon) and in early 2010 (ault w/weapon, false imprisonment, & larceny). All of those convictions are misdemeanors. Now time has lapsed and am walking a straight and narrow. I have sincerely changed and will continue to act as such. Being 28 years old and wishing to join the service as an Army officer, is it possible to prove my seriousness to the military again and join its ranks?
