How can I adjust my camera?

I have a Kodak Z712 and I am having problems adjusting it when i move it while I'm taping. I know that if you move a camera, it blurs for a bit then stabilizes but with the slightest movement, this cam blurs and takes like a while to stabilize a bit but it never gets nice and clear. what can I do to fix it??
