I was married in dec 2003. now i want ot adop a child .I am a lecturer in education deptt. in govt sector of haryana. please tell me the procedure to adopt a chid in haryana. my wife is also a govt employee. i am residing in yamunanagar haryana along with my wife and with my parents. i am the alone son of my parents and one sister married locally in yamuna nagar haryana
