What to do................Babies & Dogs?

My partner and I are trying to conceive our first child. We have two dogs that are pretty much our children, they are very spoilt & are inside dogs most of the time. (Male Mastiff x Boxer 2 years & female Mastiff x Ridgeback 6years). They are both gentle giants but our male demands alot attention and gets easily jealous. They have never bitten anyone including children. Though our male has growled at a friends child that we suspect hurt him. So firstly, do you think it is bad to keep letting the dogs inside after the baby is born? Also how do you transition the baby and dogs into a life together? Any advise would be much appreciated!
